Stampin' Up! Spring/Summer Preview

I've just received lots of gorgeous new Stampin' Up! goodies from the new Spring/Summer catalogue, and I quite literally can't put them down.

So far I've created a couple of lovely bright cards, which really help cheer me up in amongst this cold, gloomy weather...

If you're interested in any of the products used to make either of these cards, pop along to my Stampin' Up! blog for more details!

Simple Christmas Card...

I've been so tied up with work and courses etc. recently that I've put my cards on a hold. Then, I realised how close Christmas is, and racked my brain to come up with a simple, yet nice set of cards. So here's what I came up with...

I used white and red cardstock for the backing papers, and Stampin' Up! Festival of Prints for the patterned image and stamped message.

My sister's Christmas Card...

I saw this image on Pink Gem Designs and fell in love with it, thinking it'd make the perfect card for my sister. To accompany it, I used baking papers from Lili of the Valley, snowflakes cut using spellbinders, card candy, stickles and pro markers to colour.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Quick card for a friend...

So, my friends birthday is approaching, so I thought I'd make her a nice cheery card to overcome this dull weather at the moment! She loves butterflies, so my memory box and martha stewart butterflies seemed perfect.

I'd like to enter this card into the My Mums Craft Shop Bright and Bold Challenge.

A birthday card for my Dad...

Here's a birthday card I created for my Dad... It's very simple, with a hand coloured image, but he loved the colours and the image.

I'd like to enter this card into the Crafty Catz Challenge- A Male Card

A simple Christmas card...

A simple yet Christmassy card in two of my favourite cards. Simply lots of layering of plain coloured and mirror card and a stamped snowflake.

I would like to enter this card into Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge- A Christmas card with no patterned paper.

Double Side Stepper Reindeer Card

A side stepper card featuring reindeer, a Christmas postcard sentiment, snowflakes and card candi.

I would like to enter this card into Craft Card Makers- A shaped card featuring a reindeer or two.

A Central Stepper Christmas Card

This was created using textured white card, which was scored and cut to create a centre stepper.
The image is from Pink Gem Designs, and the spotted papers are from Lili of the Valley.

And another couple...

This day is miserable, so I definitely want to brighten it up with some nice bright cards...

On my sick bed...

So, I'm poorly today and haven't gone into work, but by about 11 I was bored out of my brain so decided to use one of the digi's I coloured last night...

The digi is from Pink Gem Designs, and the corner snowflake design is a Memory Box die.

Then, I was struck by someone's simple yet gorgeous card using a Stampin Up! stamp set, so decided to create my own version...

I quite like the orange and teal combination- it's nice and bright on this gloomy autumnal day...
